Transportation – The New Orleans International Airport provides a shuttle called the Airport Express. This bus will take you any hotel in the Downtown New Orleans area. The cost is $20.00 round trip. In order to be picked up from the hotel on your date of departure, you must have a reservation. Please call (504) 592-0514 to make a reservation.

A rental car is really not needed. Everything is basically within walking distance. The central business district surrounds the French Quarter, which is a major tourist attraction. All of the good restaurants are located in the Quarter.

From New Orleans International Airport (MSY) – Exit airport following signs leading to downtown New Orleans. Take I-10 East towards Slidell. Follow the US 90/US 90 Business exit. The highway forks at this point, therefore, stay in the middle or right lanes and follow the fork. Merge onto US 90 Bridge West. Take the Tchoupitoulas / South Peters Street Exit. Turn right onto South Peters.
